Carl Morlibint
Owner of Odd Stories Bookshop, Purveyor of Fanciful Fiction
Appearance
A man with a deep, sonorous voice, a grand wizardly beard, voluminous robes, a pointy hat, and a bearing of great importance. He looks every inch the archetypal wizard.
Personality
Theatrical and self-amused. Though he is not a wizard at all, he dresses and acts like one because he thinks wizards are wonderful, and he gleefully exacerbates the town's confusion over which Morlibint actually casts spells, much to his husband's annoyance.
Backstory
Carl presides over the fanciful fiction side of Odd Stories, forever pressing his favorite adventurous tales and romances on anyone who wanders in. He is married to James Morlibint, the bookshop's resident wizard.
